Kroger Gift Card Order Form

Each time you use your Kroger gift card, John XXIII will receive 4% of the total of your purchases. This Kroger card is accepted in all Kroger affiliated stores throughout the U.S. These include Kroger, Fred Meyer, Ralph’s, Fry’s, Fry’s Marketplace, King Soopers, Dillons, JayC, Fred Meyer Jewelers, and Littman & Barclay Jeweler’s.

Please Remember:

1. Your card is reusable. Do not throw it away after you use it. You may reload it with any amount up to $250.
2. You may reload your Kroger card with cash, check or a major credit card.
3. You may reload your card at the service desk or at the check out but it must be done before your purchases are scanned.
4. The balance of your card will show at the bottom of your receipt. You may also obtain your balance at the Customer Service Desk or by called 866-822-6252 (this number is on the back of your card).

Once a card is depleted, be sure to reload it. If you maintain a zero balance on your card for 90 days, it will be deleted from the system and you will need to purchase a new card from John XXIII.

It has come to our attention that after many uses, the Kroger cards sometimes become difficult to scan. If you experience this situation, the cashier can type in your number to redeem your card and when you have reached a zero balance, you may purchase a new replacement card through the school. We are sorry for this inconvenience but apparently the magnetic strip on the Kroger cards is not as durable as those found on major credit cards.
