The Water Festival

The fourth grades from Butler County are invited to the Water Festival.  We will spend the day learning of the essential uses of water, how to preserve it, and its importance in our environment.  The culminating class will be a live Cat Show.  It is always a very enjoyable day.

    First Quarter Book Report

                        The first quarter book report is due on Friday Oct. 26th.
The RAFTS are:

Role: publisher
Author: Class
Format: Paragraphs
Topic:  You will persuade the class why this book is so interesting that we would like to read it.  Please do not tell  us how the book ends.
Stress Verbs:  Persuade 

The children will submit this in writing and then tell the class.

The First Quarter Report Card

October 26th is the end of the first quarter and so report cards will be given out on Nov. 2nd.  We ask that you sign it and return it within one week.  Thank you.
