John XXIII students are having a new and wonderful Musical Year!!!!!!

The Primary Grades are learning rhythms through new games. Please ask them about the "Snickerdoodle" rhythm game. We are also reviewing musical symbols and singing new songs!!!

Fourth Graders are making a flash card game containing musical symbols, rhythms and composers.

Fifth Graders are learning about Elvis.

Sixth Graders are beginning a project on Renaissance Instruments.

Seventh and Eighth Graders are studying the History of American Music.

All grades are reinforcing their knowledge of music through games. Everyone is also learning new music for Mass and other types of music.
