FALL SPORTS
Golf
Grades 4-8 compete in the Dayton CYO. All skill levels of play are welcome and parental involvement is encouraged in helping during the matches. For additional information contact Jeff Jena at jeffreytj@aol.com [6] .
Cross Country
Grades 7-8 compete based on an independent schedule of locally held events.
Schedules [6] Grades 3-6th compete in the Hamilton CYO [7]. Our entry level team is a combined 3rd-4th grade team. In this level, the basic skills are taught with coaches on the field during games at all times and no score is kept. We also field a combined 5th-6th grade team in Hamilton CYO [8]. The 7th and 8th grade combined team competes based on an independent schedule comprised of teams from local middle schools.

Schedules [10] Grades 4-8 compete in the Dayton CYO [11] league. Teams are contingent upon the number of participants who register and the availability of coaches. Grades 4th & 5th play 8 v 8 and all other teams play 11 v 11. All teams play an end of the season tournament in addition to the regular schedule.
Volleyball
Grades 4-8 compete in the Hamilton CYO [12]. We do accept interested 3rd graders on the 4th grade team. The 4th grade team plays the first half of the season with no score kept, then moves to scored matches in the last half of the season. The 6th through 8th grade teams play an end of season double elimination tournament in addition to the regular schedule. Contact Mike Sora [13] for more details/questions.
Basketball

Third graders compete in a league held at a sports facility in Franklin. Fourth through the eighth grades teams compete in the Dayton CYO [14] League. Contact Mike Sora [15] for more information or questions.

Field Directions [18]
Track
GRADES 7th & 8th grade boys and girls compete in the Cincinnati CYO. Meets are typically on Friday nights beginning in the middle of March and go through the middle of May. Outdoor practices are held at Fenwick High School. For additional information please contact Jeff Gephart [19]. GRADES K-6 Children in grades K-6 are invited to join the Holy Family Parish CYO track team. Sign-ups are typically held in the winter. This team competes in the Cincinnati CYO [20]. Practices (usually two a week) begin in early March at John XXIII until the weather allows us to practice outside at Fenwick High School. Parents are expected to help at a few practices and the meets. Meets are on Saturday mornings or afternoons at different Cincinnati high schools. Questions? Contact Annemarie McCarthy [21].
